WHAT IS SAND PLAY THERAPY?
Sand play therapy is a therapy model which allows the children and young people to construct scenes of their choice using an array of miniature figures in the presence of a trained professional.
This process allows clients to express deeper level (subconscious) often repressed emotions and traumas.
